What is a redesign?
A redesign is a fundamental overhaul of your site’s structure or visual approach. It goes beyond simple edits and may require a new project scope. Redesigns are not included as part of revision rounds.
What is the typical turnaround time?
Most projects are completed within 3–5 days, depending on the complexity and how quickly we receive your content and feedback. Larger or more custom builds may take longer.
What exactly am I purchasing?
You are purchasing professional services that include the design, build, and launch of your website. The final deliverable is a live site hosted by .com. You are NOT purchasing site files, coding, configurations, ownership of any proprietary software or internal tools.
Do you offer refunds?

What does hosting include?
Hosting provides server space and bandwidth for your website. Maintenance plans can include software updates and security checks. Hosting does not include future edits or redesigns.
What is the difference between hosting and maintenance?
Hosting keeps your website online. Maintenance can include ongoing updates, backups, and security monitoring. Hosting alone does not cover content changes or design updates.
Are edits included after launch?
Minor text edits may be included depending on your plan, but major changes, new pages, or design changes are considered new work. A redesign involves rethinking the layout or style and requires a new project scope.
Do you provide domains?
We can acquire a domain on your behalf for an additional fee. Domains are registered through third‑party registrars and can be transferred to you. If you terminate services, we will assist with domain transfer upon request; transfer fees may apply.
